Job Summary:

This Senior MES Consultant job description reflects the ability of delivering of MES solutions, working closely with clients to understand their operational needs and implement technology that improves manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of MES projects, including project scoping, design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

Key Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP ME) and related technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with MES.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of databases and data integration.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, robotics, predictive analytics) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud-based MES or digital manufacturing technologies is a plus.

Experience (in years):

• 6-9 years of experience in the MES consulting field, with a strong track record of successful MES implementation projects. Proven experience in leading and managing complex MES projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of MES technologies, including real-time production tracking, inventory management, quality control, and integration with ERP and SCADA systems.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• A PhD or advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.
